Arts, Crafts & Vendors Needed

Early registration:  Deadline will be Saturday, May 28, 2011

Rental Prices:

Vendors spots 20 X 30ft $35.00 before May 29th After May 29th $45.00
Crafters spots 10 x 10 $15.00 before May 29th $20.00 after May 29th

(prices are for the weekend)
No charge:

Vendors of Informational Non-Profit or to Crafters that are doing demonstrations both Friday & Sasturday (must be approved)

Electric Available:

Vendors must supply own power cords and RV plug adapters

Set Up:
Will start at 10:00am Thursday July 8th (the St. Helen Bluegill Festival starts at 6pm
Early set up requests must be approved one week before festival's date

Food Vendors:

Will need a Michigan Health Dept. permit
St. Helen Bluegill Festival will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
